Our Commitment: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, skincare products, foot patches, and insoles that have been opened cannot be returned.

Refund Process: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
