Shipping Policy – DKE's Growing Glory

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: We ship internationally from our suppliers in China. Estimated delivery times to West Africa are 12 to 50 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers: We use reliable international carriers including CJ Packet and other tracked shipping services.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived after 60 days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
